A class where we crack the myths on mindfulness and get real.
An opportunity to learn tools that can:
Reduce Stress
Increase Productivity
Improve Self Esteem + Self Awareness
Enhance Memory + Attention span
What we will cover..
Living w/ Simplicity (Values)
- something we rarely visit as adults, but with increased awareness of the crap in our life, we can stop hiding behind the things and find our way back home (to ourselves).
Mindful Eating
- And the teacher said let there be chocolate! (Great tools for slowing down with our food before the holiday season)
Active Listening
- Partner work where we start to recognize we may not always be the best listeners; at home or work. But with a few simple tools, and increasing awareness it's an easier fix than you might realize.
And of course meditation as well!
- But really small bursts throughout the 2 hours, this workshop is truly about highlighting how all of life is meditation.
All participants will leave with resources to use beyond the workshop as well.
